Frequently asked questions.

WHAT IF I’M NOT GOING TO BE HOME DURING DELIVERY?

We understand that schedules change or you may be busy during our delivery times. So, before you add an order to your cart, you’ll be prompted to answer an order form. At the end of the form, we’ve included a section for Delivery Notes. This is where you can let us know if you’ll be home or not, or if you want us to place your order in a specific area around your home.

Why is it labeled “catering” and how does it work?

Placing more than 30 plates is labeled “Catering” because it’s a large order. When we say catering, we are not referring to hot meals. The meals delivered will be cooked fresh; however, they will not come hot. You’ll have to re-heat your meals. In order to place a catering order, you will have to place a request. The request form can be found on our “Place An Order” page. After placing a request for catering (which is placing an order for more than 30 plates) you’ll receive an email with more information and a link to place and pay for an order.

Why do I need to place a catering request to order more than 30 plates?

We consider a catering order (an order of more than 30 plates) a large order. Once you place a request, we send you an email with more information and a link to place and pay for your order. Due to the Squarespace’s restrictions, we are only allowed up to a specific number of variations. So, we’ve found that placing a request and for a catering is much easier.

what if i want to order a meal from a previous menu?

To keep everything fresh and exciting, we change our menu every four weeks. Unfortunately, you are not able to order from a past menu.
